Michelle is a highly professional and innovative individual who has over 30 years’ experience in all areas of administration, and as a senior client manager in business development within the finance and recruitment industry for over six years. She is passionate and enthusiastic with exceptional organisational skills, enjoys working closely with clients and building good relationships.
Ian is responsible for implementing compliance including KYC (”Know your customer”) and AML (“Anti-money laundering”) across our UK clients. He works closely with our management teams, intermediaries, advisors, and customers to structure creative finance solutions and deliver great customer service.
Ian has been working in the finance industry at director level for four years with a strong compliance, underwriting and ‘KYC/AML’ focus. He has a keen interest in customer experience encompassing both sales and relations and strives to improve the services that the company has to offer.
He holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Management from the University of Suffolk and membership accreditations from The Chartered Management Institute, The Institute of Management & Leadership and is a Fellow of The Institute of Administration.
With over 40 years’ experience in all areas of administration and finance, Tammy is responsible for the management of the account’s office here at Unicrest Finance. She has worked in the factoring industry for over six years. Tammy has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and has built up many good client/customer relations.
